I have not received an order confirmation. What now?
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. Did you not receive an e-mail? Please check your unwanted mail (spam) first. If you have not received an e-mail, something may have gone wrong. Please contact our customer service.
Can I still change/cancel my order or details?
Unfortunately, our system can no longer make changes to orders once they have been placed. We would therefore like to emphasize that you should always check your order carefully before finalizing it.
