Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, the shipping costs for a mailbox package are €1.95, for a mailbox package with track & trace €4.99, and for a package with track & trace €6.95. All orders over €25 receive free shipping with a mailbox package. If you want your order shipped with track and trace, you pay the standard rate.

For Belgium, the shipping costs for a mailbox package are €2.95 and for a (mailbox) package with track & trace €9.99. All orders over €50 receive free shipping with a mailbox package. If you want your order shipped with track and trace, you pay the standard rate.

For all other countries, the shipping costs are €2.95 for a mailbox package. If you want your order to be sent with a tracking code, please contact us. All orders over €50 receive free shipping with a mailbox package.

How long will it take before my order is shipped?

If you placed an order on workdays before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. During weekends and public holidays, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time of your order depends on PostNL and the country in which you live. View the delivery times of PostNL to see what the delivery time for your country is.

Returns

How can I return my order?

Is your order not exactly what you expected it to be? Too bad, but there is no problem in returning it. At Essentialistics you always have the opportunity to return your order within 14 days after receiving your order.

Returning is fairly easy. Fill in this return form and send the products together with your order number to the address below:

After receiving your return shipment, the amount will be refunded to your account. This takes a maximum of 30 working days.

Please note that Essentialistics will only handle returns if the products are returned in their original condition including packaging. Damaged and/or used items are refused and returned. Customized jewelry, sale items, and earrings cannot be returned.

Please note that shipments that are returned without having filled in our return form will not be accepted. You will always receive confirmation from us that we have received your request for the return shipment. Therefore, wait until you have received this confirmation before returning the products.

Both the costs and the risk of return sendings are for your own account. Return the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that the return shipment can be processed quickly. Non-identifiable returns are returned to the sender wherever possible. If the products are not in our possession within 14 days after confirming the return shipment via the return form, there will be no refund.

MY ORDER

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

After you’ve placed an order, you should automatically receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address specified. If you haven’t received any mail, please check your spam box. Otherwise, please send an e-mail to hello@essentialistics.com.

Can I still cancel or adjust my order?

After placing an order, you can still cancel or adjust it as long as it has not been sent.

How do I use a coupon?

Once you have filled your shopping cart and click on the shopping cart icon, an overview of the products that you placed in the shopping cart will appear. There is a title called “Coupon” on this page. You can enter your discount code here and click subsequently on “Apply coupon”.

It is not possible to use more than one discount code per order.

I forgot to use the coupon, can it still be applied?

If the order hasn’t been paid, the coupon can still be applied. In that case, fill in the contact form on the website or send an email to hello@essentialistics.com with your order number. If the order has already been paid, the discount can’t be applied anymore.

My order is a gift. Can it be wrapped?

All orders are packed as a gift, but to make it extra special, you can choose one of the gift boxes in the “GIFTBOXES” category.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal, IDeal (the Netherlands), and Bancontact/Mister Cash (Belgium). For a fast delivery, we recommend choosing a direct payment method.

I have placed an order, but the payment failed. What do I have to do now?

Send an email to hello@essentialistics.com and a new payment link will be sent to you.

Products

Are the jewellery items nickel free?

Yes, all jewellery is nickel free.

Of which material is the jewellery made?
The jewellery is made of stainless steel and silver/gold plated materials. The material is specified in the product description of each of the products.
 
Stainless steel does not discolour, but can become dull. But there is no reason to panic, by properly polishing your jewelry, your stainless steel jewelry will shine again. Silver/gold plated jewellery can discolour. To prevent this, you should handle your jewellery with care.
What is the best way to handle my jewellery?
  • Your jewellery can be affected if it comes in contact with perfume, body lotion or hair spray, among other things. So always let perfume, body lotion and hair spray desiccate before you put on your jewellery.

  • Take your jewellery off when you go exercising, sleeping and showering. Moisture and perspiration can affect your jewelry. Therefore, never keep your jewellery in the bathroom.

  • Store your jewellery in a dark place and preferably in a bag. By storing your jewellery items in a bag, the air cannot affect it.

  • Store your jewellery items seperately from each other. In that way, chains do not get tangled and the jewellery cannot damage each other.

  • Attach your jewellery, such as a necklace, before you store it. This prevents the jewellery from becoming entangled with itself.

A product is currently sold out. When will it be available again?

Almost all jewellery items that are sold out will be back in stock soon. On the product pages of sold out products you can sign up for a “back in stock” notification.
